HMID 6003 - Sample Coursework
The HMTT6003 Instructional Technology Developmental Tool module aims at giving firsthand practice at planning and creating a course through an LMS. The initial teachings of this module helped me to use the ADDIE ID model to develop an online course for trainee Secondary School Chemistry Educators. The course entitled “Handling Students’ Deviant Behaviour for Learning” had a duration of 4 weeks and was hosted on the Canvas Instructure Website.
This course, aimed at empowering Trainee Secondary school Chemistry educators, comes at proper time for conception since there is an urgent need for the use of instructional technology for the Continuous Professional Development of educators in Mauritius.
